Deposit required (1/2 of stay or 1 night, whichever is greater)
Your deposit confirms your reservations. The balance of payment is due upon arrival by cash, credit card, or certified check. No personal or business checks accepted.
Check in: 3:00 PM / Check out: 11:00 AM
Late check out of 1:00 PM may be arranged for an additional fee of $25.00 plus taxes. Check out after 1:00 PM will be charged an additional nightly rate for the room.
Cancellations -- A reservation may be canceled by phone or in writing with the following service charges:
4 weeks prior to arrival date -- 10% of total stay
2 weeks -- 50% of total stay
Less than 1 week or failure to arrive without notification -- 100% of total stay
All cancellations shall be subject to a $20.00 processing fee
